- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I sat on hold for 20 minutes and finally hung up. I just had a simple question that would have taken less than a minute to answer. Wish I could just get a direct number to my branch office. I've had this happen before and I have a several accounts that I'm thinking about moving to a more customer centric institution.By Sherry Alex, May 08, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The last few times I called the phone goes dead. So I called back using the number Abel Medina gave me and as I'm listening to his message the phone cuts me off again. When you go in they are very helpful and friendly, but trying to call and get customer service is a nightmare. I realize they are trying to get people to do there banking on line but I don't want to.... But I shouldn't be penalized by Horrible customer service.By Regina Ogburn, April 27, 2017
